Three C’s
In the past 1 year of pivoting and moving my business to the online platform, I have attended several conferences, webinars, and conversations with an intention of learning how to recreate a face-to-face business experience for my national and international clients. Sharing the three must-haves that were highlighted at all the events.
Connection: Understand that people have screen anxiety with turning on the microphone and camera (cluttered room, distractions, etc).
Clarity: Say what you have to say; address screen fatigue, communicate through multiple platforms including phone and texts.
Continuous feedback: Listen more and provide continuous feedback.
These 3 C's have always been foundational to my business but now they are even more critical.
